MIM Hydraulics and pneumatics received a large bore large rod hunger press cylinder for repairs. This cylinder went through our normal disassembly and inspection process to include inspections of the barrel, id bore, piston rod, head, gland, and flanges. MIM Hydraulics recommended and conducted repairs to hunger hydraulics press cylinder to include re-chroming the piston rod, machine honing the barrel, cleaning and refreshing app seal lands, all new heavy duty special made seal, new rear flange made/welded/tested and installed, the cylinder was reassembled and pressure tested to 4500psi.
